November 20th is the annual Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR). TDOR is an annual observance to honor the memory of the transgender and gender non-conforming people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence. Rev. Lara is organizing a vigil on the Littleton Town Common at 7 p.m. Battery-operated candles will be available to vigilers. Please bring pro-trans/non-binary flags or signs of love and support to trans/non-binary people. We will vigil in silence, apart from a brief naming of those lost in the past year, with a time for prayer or simple reverence. This is open to people of all faiths and those not belonging to a faith group as well.
